Tense moments Monday morning as a truck driver escaped in the nick of time before a train plowed into his truck. This video captured the moment of impact. It happened just before 9 a.m. on the CSX train tracks by Raspberry and 13th Streets in the City of Erie. City police believe the truck got hung up on the snow and the driver couldn't pull away before having to exit the cab before the train struck. Erie residents still digging themselves out three days into historic winter storm No injuries were reported as a result of that crash. Additional crews have been called to the scene to remove the wreckage.
