AUSTIN (KXAN) -- The Austin Police Department said on Tuesday that 34-year-old Marianne Ashley Agusto died from injuries sustained during a crash on November 6 at the intersection of Dessau Road and Collinwood West Drive. APD said the call came in at 8 p.m. PAST COVERAGE: ATCEMS: 1 seriously injured after northeast Austin crash APD said the crash involved two vehicles and resulted in Agusto being transported to a local hospital, where she was later pronounced deceased on Nov. 23. Authorities said the driver of the second vehicle was not injured, remained on scene, and is cooperating with the investigation. This is being investigated as Austin's 80th fatal crash of 2024, resulting in 85 fatalities.
