(COLORADO SPRINGS) — The Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) is investigating a shooting near Twain Elementary School on Monday, Dec. 2. CSPD posted on X shortly after 2:30 p.m. on Monday and said officers were responding to a shooting in the 1200 block of Kingsley Drive, near Twain Elementary School.
