FREDERICKSBURG, Va. (DC News Now) -- The SPCA of Fredericksburg is partnering with the BISSELL Pet Foundation for its Empty the Shelters Holiday Hope event. From Dec. 1 to Dec. 17, adopters will be able to take all animals 7 months and older home for a reduced adoption fee of $25. Empty the Shelters event offering affordable adoption fees at Animal Welfare League of Arlington Animals will be vaccinated, microchipped and neutered or spayed before going home.
