SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) – The San Francisco Fire Department announced a multiple-vehicle crash on southbound Interstate 280 near Cesar Chavez Street.  SFFD said the vehicle has I-280 blocked lanes.  San Francisco fire crew saves Thanksgiving for North Beach family The department informed drivers to expect delays for up to an hour.
