Mother, daughter kidnapped in Indianapolis; IMPD asking local community to assist with search

INDIANAPOLIS — The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department is searching for two kidnapping victims.
According to a press release, 25-year-old Andrea Castro and her daughter, 7-year-old Alexa Castro-Guzman, are believed to have been kidnapped by Andrea's boyfriend. Police think the kidnapper may be trying to take Andrea and Alexa to Michigan.
Police described Andrea as a 5-foot-6, 140-pound, black-haired, brown-eyed woman. Andrea was last seen in the 3200 block of North Euclid Avenue in Indianapolis on Friday.

Police did not specify exactly when Alexa was last seen. They did not provide a photo or physical description of her either.
IMPD has yet to name the alleged kidnapper.
