CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The public’s help is needed to find a missing 22-year-old woman. According to the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department, Ta-Haley Payton was last seen in the 700 block of Charlottetowne Avenue on Wednesday, November 20, 2024. Police say Payton’s family is concerned about her well-being. She is described as being 5’6″, weighs 140 pounds, has brown eyes, and black hair that is worn in thick twists. She was last seen wearing a brown fuzzy full zip jacket, light blue t-shirt, light gray sweatpants with red writing on the left leg, white socks and slippers. Anyone with information as to where Ta-Haley Payton could be is asked to call 911.
