WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) -- A man was critically injured when an SUV in Old Town struck him. Wichita Police say it happened around 12:40 a.m. at Douglas a Rock Island. A 25-year-old man got into some type of disturbance with another person who struck the man in with their SUV.
