Springfield Police collecting toys during StuffACruiser event

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) - The Springfield Police Department will be hosting a Stuff-A-Cruiser event on Friday.
Second night of Bright Nights at Forest Park in Springfield
The Stuff-A-Cruiser event is taking place at the Walmart on Boston Road in Springfield, according to a news release sent to 22News from the Springfield Police Department.
This public event is to celebrate the holiday season by giving back to the community by donating new toys to kids throughout Springfield. This event is in partnership with Springfield Together, the Springfield Police C3 Units, the Hampden County Sheriff's Department, Springfield Public School, the Springfield Lodge of Elks #61, and the Springfield Walmart.
The Stuff-A-Cruiser will take place from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
