COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) - From several holiday light displays to "The Game" between Ohio State and Michigan, here are things to see and do this weekend in central Ohio.
Buckeyes men's basketball vs. Panthers
Value City Arena, Nov. 29 at 2:30 p.m.
Ohio State faces Pittsburgh in men's basketball. You can watch the ball game on Peacock.
Blue Jackets vs. Flames
Nationwide Arena, Nov. 29 at 3 p.m.
The Columbus Blue Jackets face the Calgary Flames in an afternoon matchup at Nationwide Arena.
Wanderlights
Columbus Commons, through Feb. 16 from 5 to 10 p.m.
Explore the free holiday light experience featuring over half a million lights at the Columbus Commons, the Scioto Mile and along Town Street. During this time, a trolley tour will also be available to explore all of the Wanderlights destinations. The tour is free, but donations will be accepted for Nationwide Children’s Hospital.
Conservatory Aglow
Franklin Park Conservatory and Botanical Gardens, through Jan. 5
Walk through a holiday wonderland as the gardens will dazzle patrons with light displays and experiences. Along with lights, patrons can enjoy a ’90s-themed party, or hang out in a festive igloo at the new Ahlum & Arbor Arctic Terrace.
Columbus Zoo Wildlights
Columbus Zoo and Aquarium, through Jan. 5 from 5 to 10 p.m.
View millions of LED zoo lights, animated musical light shows, holiday activities and much more at the Columbus Zoo. The annual Wildlights is included in regular zoo admission.
Grove City Small Business Saturday
Nov. 30 from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Enjoy a day to celebrate and support several small businesses in the Grove City area. hoppers are encouraged to shop small and dine locally as we head into the holiday season.
Drive-Thru Dog Supplies Event
Windsor Park at Douglas Community Center, Nov. 30 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Hosted by Columbus Police, the Franklin County Dog Shelter and Adoption Center are providing free resources and pet supplies for the community.
Ohio State vs. Michigan
Ohio Stadium, Nov. 30 at noon
The big game that football fans have been waiting for. The Ohio State Buckeyes will face the Michigan Wolverines in a home matchup at Ohio Stadium. Parking lots open at 5 a.m., Fan Fest begins at 9 a.m. and gates open at 10 a.m.
Seasons of Celebrations at COSI
COSI, through Jan. 5 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Enjoy a grand seasonal exhibit experience that will transform the museum into a winter wonderland while combining science, education and festive spirit of the season.
