WASHINGTON (DC News Now) -- The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) said it was conducting a death investigation in Northwest D.C. on Thursday morning. Police said that at about 6:50 a.m., they responded to the 600 block of T Street where they found a man who was unresponsive outside of a residential building. He died there. Montgomery County deploys Holiday Alcohol Task Force to prevent DUI crashes MPD said the man's injuries were originally thought to be gunshot wounds, however, the cause of his injuries is unknown at this moment. The body will be transported to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner so they can determine the cause and manner of death.
