ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A man is critically injured after he was shot in the area of Exchange Street and Flint Street. Officers found the 21-year-old victim, who was found with multiple gunshot wounds to his upper and lower body. The victim was taken to URMC and is being treated for critical, but non-life-threatening injuries. RPD is still investigating the incident. Anyone with information is asked to call 911.
