ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) – Regional Health Reach provided free Thanksgiving dinners Wednesday night to those in the community unhoused.
RHR is known for providing medical and dental care and employment services to folks without a home in the Rochester Area.
Partnering with Foodlink, RHR opens its lobby every day for those who are hungry. However, during this time of year, they figure - why not make the holiday extra special for those in need?

"There's a lot of folks that are here that don't have any family, don't have any community to go to and fortunately we've got lots of wonderful partners and shelters in the city that serve people. But we want to do something a little extra special for them and help bring some extra stuff," said Mike Hudson, CEO of RHR.
If you or anyone you know needs some extra care or maybe a warm meal you can visit the organization's website or visit its location at 360 Monroe Avenue.
