SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) -- There's a lot to be grateful for this year and one thing is a mild and pleasant Thanksgiving forecast in Southern California. The state has finally dried out after back-to-back storms brought consistent rain and mountain snow the last few days. San Diego missed out on much of that atmospheric moisture and will remain dry the next few days. Mammoth Mountain has picked up nearly three feet of snow in the last three days, bringing their monthly total to 62 inches of snow. This makes it the snowiest November Mammoth has seen in 14 years.  Big Bear Mountain Resort has only seen four inches of snow this season so far, but that is more than what it got November last year.  ‘He will remain in our hearts’: 24-year-old electrocuted while hanging Christmas lights Clear and dry conditions are expected the remainder of Wednesday with a gradual warming trend kicking in for turkey day. There's an exception for areas of dense fog reported in La Jolla to Del Mar as of 3 p.m. Wednesday. This fog could expand along the coast and valleys later in the evening but should be pushed out Thursday morning as offshore winds develop.  Thanksgiving afternoon temperatures will top out in the upper 60s to low 70s for the coast, low-to-mid 70s for the valleys, mid-to-upper 50s for the mountains and mid 70s for the deserts.
