Suspect in North Charleston indecent exposure incidents captured

NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – A man believed to be involved in several indecent exposure incidents was arrested in Mount Pleasant Wednesday.
Derrick Niles was charged with three charges of indecent exposure and trespass after notice.
He was found by the Mount Pleasant Police Department after being seen with a man accused of stealing from a Lowe’s in the area. Niles was subsequently turned over to the North Charleston Police Department.
North Charleston PD said Niles is a person of interest in several indecent exposure cases that occurred around Ashley Phosphate Road.
