ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) – An outpouring of love and appreciation is coming from SUNY Brockport students as one of their favorite faculty members is undergoing surgery. Daine Staub works as a cashier at the Harrison Dining Hall on campus and students say she is like their 'Brockport Grandma' always with a smile as she swipes hundreds of students in every day. Recently she went through an emergency stomach surgery that has put her out of work for some time. This prompted students to set up a go-fund-me account for Diane and it's reached nearly $1500. The ultimate goal is to reach $10,000 on their Go-Fund-Me page.
