The Evergreen at Birdie's Bar & Café Birdie's is located at 305 West Broad Street in Richmond's Jackson Ward area. Its holiday pop-up bar, The Evergreen, will be held through Jan. 4. Sugar Plum Tini Pop Up at Quirk Café Quirk Café is located inside the Quirk Hotel, at 201 West Broad Street in Richmond's Jackson Ward area. For the pop-up menu, attendees can expect to see four special espresso martinis, hot cocoa and hot cider, coffee and sweet treats. The pop-up will be held from 5 to 10 p.m. on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Seating and lounge areas will be first come, first served, according to the hotel. The pop-up will be held from 5 p.m. until midnight Sunday through Thursday and from 5 p.m. until 1 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
