NORTH ATTLEBORO, Mass. (WPRI) — Police have arrested two men in connection with a shooting that happened inside a North Attleboro hotel last month. Officers were called to the Hampton Inn & Suites off Draper Avenue on Oct. 21 for reports of shots fired into the hotel lobby. Police said first responders rushed to the aid of a 61-year-old man who suffered a gunshot wound to the face. The man, who police said was an innocent bystander, was brought to Rhode Island Hospital for treatment. RELATED: Man shot in the face at North Attleboro hotel Detectives were able to identify two suspects believed to be responsible for the shooting throughout the investigation. Erikka Joseph and Joshua Montgomery, both 27, were taken into custody Tuesday morning. Their motive for the shooting remains unclear at this time. Both suspects are facing numerous charges and are being held pending a dangerousness hearing next week. Police said the victim is expected to make a full recovery. Close Thanks for signing up!
