Pennsylvania implements mandatory testing for milk as precaution for bird flu

As a precaution against highly pathogenic avian influenza, the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture is requiring dairy farms in the state to bulk test their milk as of Nov. 26. While the virus hasn't been detected in the state, there have been 286 cases in cattle in California and Utah in the past 30 days.
