WAGONER COUNTY, Okla. (KFOR) - Authorities in Wagoner County continue to investigate a backyard argument between two people that left one person dead. According to police, the shooting mystery continues in trying to figure out who was the victim and who is the suspect. Investigators say, the shooting happened in the backyard of a home during an argument between two men who knew each other. UPDATED: Okla. man wanted for homicide is in custody, says US Marshals Authorities confirm, one person was rushed to a nearby hospital where the individual continues to recover. The second victim was found over two miles away from the shooting scene with two gunshot wounds. This story is developing.
