The style house North Dakotans are looking for

NORTH DAKOTA (KXNET) — Style matters when it comes to the architecture of a home's value in the real estate world.
A new study broke down which styles are the most valuable across the country, and in North Dakota specifically.
NoTriangle Studio analyzed the data to find what potential buyers are willing to splurge on.
Only in North Dakota are people willing to pay a pretty penny for a Cabin-style house to live in, giving it reports of coziness and insulation for the winters. The study suggests that it's not just about the aesthetic, but rather a response to climate needs.
