BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- Santa Claus is flying into Shafter's Minter Air Field Museum on Dec. 7. Santa will be flying in for a free stuffed animal giveaway for children next Saturday, according to Ronald Pierce with Minter Air Museum. Send a letter to Santa Claus at any NOR location The event falls on National Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day. The museum will be open for families to learn about the history of Peal Harbor and of Kern County's most famous flights. The big guy will land at the museum at 11 a.m. The event is free and no RSVP is needed. The museum is located at 401 Vultee Ave. in Shafter.
