ORCHARD PARK, NY (WROC) - The Buffalo Bills Sunday night game against the San Francisco 49ers is shaping up to be a weather game as bitter cold air crashes into the Great Lakes and lake effect snow ramps up throughout the weekend. Snow bands off Lake Erie will push snow throughout the south towns of Buffalo, but the questions is whether or not these bands make it to Orchard Park on Sunday. Before the game, Orchard Park will likely get about a foot of snow from Friday through Sunday afternoon as lake-effect snow bands meander throughout the region. This band will likely be sitting somewhere east of Lake Erie Sunday night, potentially near the stadium. Regardless of the snow, it will be very cold. Temperatures will be in the 20s and wind chills in the teens.
