Instead of Prosecco, this year, go for, Banfi Brut Metodo Classico made in the same method as Champagne, but for half the price! Alternatively, try the sweet Rosa Regale Sparkling wines available in Red and Rosé and delicious on their own or in a cocktail.
Banfi Brut Metodo Classico: Produced at Banfi Piemonte’s historical 19th Century Sparkling Wine Cellars, formerly known as Bruzzone, Banfi Brut is expressly linked to the terroir and cellars dedicated to the production of Metodo Classico, where wine fermenting in the bottle rest on traditional, centuries-old pupitres. Fresh, with gentle acidity, apple, and mineral flavors followed by a crisp, long finish.
Banfi Brut: Known for its crisp, lively bubbles and balanced notes of green apple, this sparkling wine is a sophisticated and classic choice. Whether you’re kicking off the evening or raising a toast at midnight, its elegant profile pairs beautifully with light hors d’oeuvres or decadent seafood.
Rosa Regale: Ideal for those looking for a sweet and festive touch, Rosa Regale is available in two distinct styles and is perfect for dessert pairings or as a refreshing twist on a holiday cocktail. These sparkling wines bring a unique flavor to the New Year celebration.
