Dine 909: Dutch Bros Coffee continues expansion with 2 new Inland Empire locations
Nov 27, 2024
Two new Dutch Bros Coffee locations have recently opened in the Inland Empire.
San Bernardino’s second location has opened at 877 E. Hospitality Lane.
It follows just weeks after another one opened at 4236 N. Varsity Ave., in the north end of town.
Fontana also got its second location, at 8010 Cherry Ave.
It joins the existing site at 17010 South Highland Ave., which opened in March 2023.
Hours for both stores are the same: 5 a.m.-10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 5 a.m.-11 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
New locations are in the works in Hemet and Riverside.
New in San Bernardino
San Bernardino is now home to two shabu shabu restaurants.
Meokja Shabu Shabu is now open at 1078 E. Hospitality Lane, Unit D.
The restaurant has thrown down the hot pot gauntlet, billing itself as “The only Wagyu Shabu Shabu in town.”
Hours are 11 a.m.-9 p.m. daily.
Fry pass returns
Taco Bell has brought back its Nacho Fries Lover’s Pass for a limited time.
The pass, available through Dec. 2, allows the purchaser to receive a free order of Nacho Fries every day for 30 days.
The pass costs $10 and is accessible in the Taco Bell app.
The app is available for iOS and Android.
Burger winners
A pair of fast-food chains are promoting their contest-winning burgers.
Burger King is touting the three finalists of its Million Dollar Whopper contest, held earlier this year.
The trio of burgers is available now.
The Fried Pickle Ranch Whopper, created by Fabian of California, features a quarter-pound beef patty topped with pickle ranch, lettuce, fried pickles, bacon, and Swiss cheese.
The Maple Bourbon BBQ Whopper, created by Calvin of California, features a quarter-pound beef patty topped with maple bourbon barbecue sauce, crispy onions and jalapeños, maple bacon seasoning, bacon, and American cheese.
The Mexican Street Corn Whopper, created by Kelsie of Nebraska, features a quarter-pound beef patty topped with street corn spread, lettuce, tomato, Southwest seasoned tortilla crisps, and a spicy Mexican queso.
Through Dec. 5, guests can vote for the winning Whopper via the Burger King app (and score some bonus rewards points while you’re at it).
Over at Mooyah, the winner of its Best Burger of the United States contest has been announced, and everyone can try the winner.
The winner, the “Freedom Rings” burger, features an Angus beef patty topped with American and Pepper Jack cheeses, applewood smoked bacon, sautéed mushrooms, crispy onion strings, and Mooyah’s signature sauce.
