COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) – The Columbia Classical Ballet is bringing the Nutcracker back to the stage this holiday season! The shows hit the stage at the Koger Center for the Arts on the following dates and times below: Educational Outreach Performances: Wednesday, December 4 @ 10 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. Nutcracker – Friday, December 6 @ 7:30 p.m. Nutcracker – Saturday, December 7 @ 2 p.m. & 7:30 p.m. Nutcracker – Sunday, December 8 @ 2 p.m. Curtis spoke with Principal Dancer Brianna Taylor & Artistic Director Simone Cuttino about the classic show that focuses on Clara, a little girl who befriends a nutcracker that comes to life on Christmas Eve and wages a battle against the evil Mouse King.
