BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C. (WCBD) - The Berkeley County Coroner's Office has identified a 16-year-old male among the victims killed in Tuesday night's double shooting in Cross. The coroner has positively identified a 16-year-old male from Cross and Mr. Kee Juan D. Middleton, 25, of Cross as the victims killed on Spiers Landing Road. The Coroner's Office reports they were notified at 10:07 p.m. of a fatal shooting in the Cross community where two people were found deceased. The Berkeley County Sheriff's Office said law enforcement received reports of the shooting around 7:30 p.m. Deputies later located another victim who was transported to the hospital with injuries. Berkeley County EMS, Berkeley County Sheriff's Office and Central Berkeley Fire & Rescue responded to the incident. The Sheriff's Office says detectives are looking into a person of interest in relation to the shooting. The Berkeley County Sheriff's Office and the Berkeley County Coroner's Office are investigating.
