BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- Police are asking for the public's help in locating relatives of a man who died in a shooting in May. Javier Arellano Mata, 39, was shot on the night of May 20 in the 100 block of Union Avenue and pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
