BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- Court records show a third person has been charged with murder in connection with a deadly gang-related shooting that occurred in southwest Bakersfield in 2018.
Milo Lomar Sullivan Jr., 25, is currently in the custody of California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, serving time for robbery and gang participation convictions.
An arraignment date for Sullivan in the murder case has not been set, records show. He was charged Tuesday.
His co-defendants -- Christopher Nathaniel Kenney, 25, and Tyrell Cheadle, 29 -- have pleaded not guilty and are being held without bail.
All three are accused in the shooting that killed Jeremy Charles Littlejohn and wounded four others outside a garage on Chandler Court, south of Wilson Avenue and west of Wible Road.
Kenney later appeared in a rap video posted to YouTube that investigators say featured a reenactment of the shooting. Kenney’s DNA was found on shell casings at the scene, according to court documents.
Cheadle is due back in court next month. Kenney has a status conference set for January.
