Teens and adults can take a breather from a busy holiday season with a relaxing sound bath at 2 p.m. Dec. 15 at Mentor Public Library’s Main Branch, 8215 Mentor Ave.
A sound bath uses calming tones to help people relax. This one-hour class will introduce people to sound baths and explain their benefits. It will conclude with a short and restful meditative sound bath that people can enjoy from the comfort of their chairs, according to a news release.
The program is free to attend, but due to limited space, registration is required. Sign up at www.mentorpl.org or by calling the library at 440-255-8811, ext. 1.
