State faces classaction lawsuit over number of group home placements for people with disabilities

The ruling comes as "a big deal" for what could be 724 or more developmentally disabled people in the region who are eligible, but not yet placed in group homes, said Buffalo attorney Bruce A. Goldstein, who filed the lawsuit.
