Corona police are investigating the death of a man found under a 91 Freeway overpass as a homicide.
The discovery of an injured man was reported just after 8:30 a.m. on Sunday, Nov. 24, police said in a news release issued Tuesday. Officers arrived near Grand Boulevard to find the man “obviously deceased,” the release said.
The Riverside County Coroner’s Office concluded that the man died at the hands of another person. The specifics of his injuries, and why he was beneath the overpass, were not immediately revealed. A message was left with police seeking additional details.
The man’s name has not been publicly announced. No arrests have been reported.
