According to authorities, residents located in the area of County Road 990 and 3350 Road should be on alert, and to report any suspicious activity to local law enforcement immediately. Lincoln County Sheriff's Office also says residents should avoid the area, follow instructions from law enforcement, and to lock all doors. Anyone with information or notice anything unusual is asked to call 911 immediately.
