BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- The Kern County Coroner's Office identified a 38-year-old man who was shot and killed at Belle Terrace Park on Nov. 21. The coroner identified the man as Silvano Arvizu, 38, of Bakersfield. Arvizu was pronounced dead at the scene just before 7:30 a.m. Detectives have ruled Arvizu's death a homicide. No suspect description has been released. An autopsy will be conducted to determine the cause and manner of Arvizu's death. The Bakersfield Police Department is investigating this case.
