WARWICK, R.I. (WPRI) — Craving a classic Southern-style meal without the long drive? Raising Cane’s is bringing its popular chicken fingers and more to Warwick next week. (Courtesy: Raising Cane's) The fast-food chain will open its second Rhode Island location on Tuesday, Dec. 3, off Bald Hill Road near Warwick Mall. SEE ALSO: Raising Cane’s opens in Johnston Doors open at 10 a.m., following a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 9:30 a.m. with the Central Rhode Island Chamber of Commerce. The new restaurant features a double-lane drive-thru for quick service and a dining room celebrating the Greater Warwick area. The decor includes tributes to local athletes, musicians, landmarks like Rocky Point Park, and nearby colleges and sports teams. Raising Cane’s, a Louisiana-based chain, is known for its chicken fingers, crinkle-cut fries, Texas toast, coleslaw, and signature "Cane's Sauce." Its first Rhode Island location opened in Johnston earlier this year, followed by one just over the border in Seekonk. Complimentary beanies and Box Combo cards for the first 100 customers.
