SARATOGA, Wis. (WFRV) — Deputies in central Wisconsin stopped a vehicle for speeding on Sunday and found a significant amount of drugs inside during the traffic stop. According to a social media post from the Wood County Sheriff’s Office, deputies James Pidgeon and Robert Liebe demonstrated that there is no such thing as a “routine traffic stop.” Fond du Lac Police Department investigating armed robbery, asking for help from the public The deputies initially stopped a vehicle for speeding in the town of Saratoga. During their investigation, they discovered 235.2 grams of marijuana and 11.4 grams of methamphetamine. The two occupants of the vehicle were arrested and are expected to face charges of possession of THC with intent to deliver and possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver.
