Two arrested, one still wanted in Monroe Halloween shooting

MONROE, N.C. — Detectives are looking for a third suspect in connection to a shooting that happened on Halloween in Monroe.
Monroe Police say on October, 31, at 8:45pm, officers responded to a shooting on Icemorlee Street. When they arrived on scene, 29-year-old Brandon Williams, of Marshville, was found in a parking lot suffering from a gunshot wound. Williams was transported to a hospital in Charlotte with life-threatening injuries.
Detectives say there was an argument in the parking lot between Williams and another person. Shots were fired and Williams was struck.
Police say two men have been arrested in the case. Anotine Leach, 19, of Monroe, and Oquavyon Mcbride, 22, of Pageland, were arrested on Monday night at the Icemarlee apartments.
Leach is charged with attempted first degree murder. He is in custody at the Union County Detention Center with no bond. Mcbride is charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill, and possession of a firearm by felon. He is in custody and has a $150,000 bond.
A third person, 24-year-old Tristian Ingram, of Morven, is still on the run and wanted for assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill and possession of a firearm by felon.
