ARNEGARD, ND (KXNET) — A produced water spill was reported by Caliber Midstream to the North Dakota Department of Environmental Quality (NDDEQ). The report was made on November 24, stating that the spill happened because of a pipeline leak near Arnegard. Caliber believes about 3,880 barrels, or 162,960 gallons, were released, and it impacted agricultural land.
