(KGET) -- The westbound Highway 58 connector to northbound Highway 99 reopened after a semi-truck's trailer tipped over and forced a temporary closure, according to the CHP Traffic Incident Information page. The page reported the hard closure around 8:44 a.m. The big rig's rear trailer hauling hay disconnected and tipped over at the westbound Highway 58 connector causing traffic delays, the page reported. Motorists are advised to proceed with caution on the wet roads. The connector was open to traffic as of 11:50 a.m.
