BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- Tuesday and Wednesday are some of the busiest days at stores as people gather all their food for their Thanksgiving feast.
While shopping and crossing out items off your grocery list might take some time at the market, choosing what wines pair best with Thanksgiving dinner doesn't have to be the most stressful part of the holiday.
Maddie Janssen and Alex Fisher met up with Avery Zaninovich, of Tlo wines in downtown Bakersfield, to get some tips on what wines work best with the big feast.
Bubbles wine is recommended for its versatility and pairs well with appetizers and the main course, according to Zaninovich.
One tip to keep in mind when making your wine selection is to go with one that is not overly sweet. Zaninovich recommends a wine that is lighter and brighter.
