Child dies in New Orleans East crash: NOPD

NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — The New Orleans Police Department is investigating a fatal single-car crash in New Orleans East on Tuesday, Nov. 26.
NOPD officers said around 9:40 a.m., they were called to the scene of the crash in the 6500 block of Morrison Road.
Three men hospitalized in separate shootings across New Orleans
Upon arrival, officers were alerted of an injured juvenile male. He was taken to a hospital where he later died from his injuries.
Morrison Road will be closed as the cause of the crash remains under investigation.
The Orleans Parish Coroner will release the victim's identity after an autopsy is done and the family is notified.
