LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC 36 NEWS NOW) — A man is in custody following an early-morning stabbing incident on Versailles Road in Lexington. According to police, officers responded to a call just before 3 a.m. Monday and found a victim suffering from a stab wound. The victim was taken to the hospital and is expected to recover. Manuel Quintana Gomez was arrested at the scene and is facing multiple charges, including second-degree assault, possession of marijuana, and tampering with physical evidence. Gomez is currently being held at the Fayette County Detention Center. Authorities continue to investigate the incident.
