ORANGEBURG COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– Deputies with the Orangeburg County Sheriff’s Office are still working to solve a year old murder case. According to investigators, in August of 2023, 22-year-old Raquan Rollins was driving on Old Number 6 Highway near Harvest Court, about three miles west of Eutawville. A passerby called deputies to report a wrecked vehicle. Rollins was found fatally shot. If anyone has any information, call the Orangeburg County Communications Center at 803-534-3550.
