PORTERVILLE, Calif. (KGPE/KSEE) – A Porterville man was arrested Thursday morning after allegedly uploading a media file containing pornography involving infants, the Porterville Police Department said. According to police, a Cybertip led them to evidence that identified 27-year-old Alex Gutierrez Carbajal as the person who was uploading and downloading the infant pornography. Detectives say Carbajal was arrested at his home on the 1300 block of West Roby Avenue in Porterville on suspicion of distribution of child pornography and possession of child pornography portraying sexual sadism. He was booked at the Tulare County South County Detention Facility and is being held on a $100,000 bail.
