Pittsburg man struck and killed by car while biking, driver remains at large

(KRON) -- A man was struck and killed by a car while he was riding his bicycle in Pittsburg on Friday, the Pittsburg Police Department said. Police have not yet located the driver, who fled the scene.
Officers responded to the crash at 9:17 p.m. after a caller reported a person down in the roadway. The crash happened on the 1500 block of Willow Pass Road.

The victim was hospitalized and later died. He was identified as 50-year-old Joaquin Revuelta.
According to a GoFundMe made for Revuelta's funeral expenses, he was on his way home from church when he was struck. He leaves behind a partner and two children.
Police said the crash was captured on camera, and officers are investigating leads to find the driver. PPD did not provide any information about the vehicle.
