PORTALES, N.M. (KRQE) – The Roosevelt County Sheriff's Office arrested a Portales police officer, they said on Monday. According to the sheriff's office, a domestic report was received on Sunday, and authorities responded to Portales Police Officer Jarvis Hall's home. Officer Hall was arrested and placed on administrative leave pending investigation. The sheriff's office is handling the criminal investigation.
