Loudoun County Sheriff's Office identifies victims of fatal car crash in South Riding

LOUDOUN COUNTY, Va. (DC News Now) -- The Loudoun County Sheriff's Office (LCSO) identified the two people killed in a car crash last week in South Riding.
LCSO said the two men killed in the crash that happened on Nov. 22 at 12:30 a.m. were identified as Bibek Subedi, 22, and Shures KC, 21, both of Aldie.

The single-vehicle crash happened in the Loudoun County Parkway and Tall Cedars Parkway area. Four people were in the car when the crash happened. Two were killed and the passenger and the driver of the car were hurt.
The driver, Bijay Tamang, 30, of Aldie, was charged with involuntary manslaughter and is being held at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center without bond.
LCSO is still investigating the crash and believes alcohol played a role.
