NORFOLK, V. (WAVY) -- Video available Only On 10 shows the moments before and after MOD Pizza stabbing in Norfolk in Norfolk on Nov. 18.
Woman charged in connection with Norfolk MOD Pizza stabbing granted bond
Corey Harper, 47, was charged with malicious wounding and brandishing a firearm after a MOD Pizza employee was stabbed during a dispute. The fight allegedly began with an issue on an order. Corey Harper's wife, Catherine Harper, reportedly called her husband to come to the restaurant after arguing with the employee about an error in her order.

Both husband and wife were charged in the incident, and Catherine Harper received bond Nov. 21.
Corey Harper appeared in court Monday and got a $25,000 bond. He will be back in court Jan. 14. His attorney Cole Roberts said he plans on asking the judge to dismiss the charges after what he said was an act of self-defense.
Video Only On 10 showed Corey Harper coming into the courtroom. Evidence at court showed surveillance video of the moments before and after the stabbing occurred.
There are two videos the attack, one of which showed the initial fight. Moments after the stabbing occurred off camera, the employee was seen pacing around the restaurant with blood leaking onto the floor from his abdomen. WAVY opted not to show the second half following the stabbing.
Roberts argued that the employee who was stabbed was the aggressor in the altercation and that Corey Harper acted in self-defense. Roberts also said that he believed it was not intestines coming out of the employee, but rather fat.
A different video shows where Corey Harper is leaving the store and reportedly drops his gun, picks it up and leaves.
He eventually drove to the police operations center to turn himself in after going home to clean up, according to Roberts.
The Commonwealth's Attorney's Office will not comment on this video, while Harper's attorney, Roberts, will ask for the charges to be dropped.
