STOUGHTON, Wis. (WFRV) - Authorities in southern Wisconsin reportedly arrested a man for his 6th OWI after he was found with an alcohol level more than triple the limit. According to the Stoughton Police Department, on November 23 a 57-year-old man was pulled over for a traffic violation. The release says the driver had five previous convictions for OWI. Authorities claim that the driver had an alcohol level more than triple the legal limit.
