CHARLESTON COUNTY, S.C. (WCBD) – Authorities arrested a Charleston County man on charges connected to the sexual exploitation of a minor. Delbert Tony Smalls, Jr., 41, of Adams Run, was arrested last Tuesday by Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force investigators with the Charleston County Sheriff's Office. While the Attorney General’s office did not provide details about the crime, investigators said that Smalls produced child sexual abuse material. The case will be prosecuted by the Attorney General's Office.
